What is SYVEO?
SYVEO is a wearable social-signal system using three colours to help communicate how open someone feels to social interaction in that moment.
What does Green / OPEN mean?
It means the wearer is comfortable with a respectful first approach from someone new. It does not imply romantic interest, consent, availability or any obligation.
What does Yellow / SOCIAL mean?
It means friendly conversation and social interaction are welcome, with no romantic expectations implied.
What does Red / PRIVATE mean?
It means the wearer currently prefers not to be approached by someone new. It does not mean they are necessarily in a relationship.
Does Green mean consent?
No. A colour may help communicate openness to interaction, but consent must always be specific, mutual and ongoing.
Can I change my colour?
Yes. SYVEO reflects how you feel right now. You can choose a different colour whenever your mood, situation or preference changes.
Is SYVEO only for dating?
No. SYVEO can be used for friendship, conversation, social events, travel, university, cafés, pubs, festivals and many other everyday settings.
What does Pride mean?
Pride designs add an identity or community expression to the SYVEO design while keeping the same OPEN / SOCIAL / PRIVATE status meaning. Pride is not a fourth status.
What if someone ignores the colour?
SYVEO is a communication aid, not a guarantee of behaviour. Personal boundaries always remain more important than any accessory.
Are the current products already available to buy?
Not yet. Current product images are illustrative design concepts while the final product, materials, manufacturing and packaging are still being developed.
How will the pins be made?
The intended direction is premium hard enamel, polished metal plating and a strong magnetic backing, subject to final manufacturing validation.
Will there be different shapes?
Yes. The current planned collections are Aura, Heart and Infinity, each available in the three SYVEO status colours, with Pride versions as a separate design variation.
