SYVEO · Pre-launch
Privacy Policy
A simple overview of privacy on the SYVEO website during development.
Information we currently collect
When you join the SYVEO waitlist, we collect your email address and your consent to receive occasional SYVEO launch and product updates. We use your consent as the basis for these emails. There are no customer accounts, checkout or payment processing.
We use double opt-in: after submitting the form, you receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. Please confirm before expecting waitlist updates. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Technical information and hosting
The website is delivered using third-party hosting and deployment infrastructure, such as Cloudflare. These providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
How this technical data is handled depends on the services and settings in use and the provider’s policies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Cookies
We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. The waitlist loads Brevo’s form resources to enable registration and validation. Hosting, form and security providers may process technical information or use cookies depending on their services and configuration.
Cloudflare explains its service cookies in its cookie documentation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect security checks.
Third-party services
We use Brevo as our email marketing and contact-list processor. The waitlist form sends your email address and consent information directly to Brevo to manage registration, double opt-in and SYVEO updates. Brevo also processes technical information needed to operate and secure its service.
See Brevo’s Privacy Policy for its privacy information. Cloudflare may still process hosting and security data as described above. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy policies.
Future changes
This policy covers the current waitlist and will be updated before SYVEO introduces additional customer-data collection or begins selling products. Before new features launch, we will explain what information is used, why it is needed, the applicable legal basis, how long it is retained, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights have conditions and are not absolute.
You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority. UK visitors can find guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office. For data handled by a provider, its policy explains its privacy contact routes.
